We take the responsibility of protecting your personal information very seriously. We will never rent, sell, loan, offer, or give away any of the information that you provide to us. We hate junk mail as much as the next person. We will however, send newsletters related to Kimber Cakeware (for those who sign up). Under no circumstances will any of your credit card information be given out. No one on the Kimber Cakeware staff has access to credit information once it is entered on our site. We utilize state of the art technology for shopping and ecommerce security. If you order a product from us, our software places your name in a secure/encrypted customer database. We never share any customer information with any 3rd parties for any reason except for fulfilling an order. For example, USPS requires shipping information to deliver merchandise purchased on kimbercakeware.com.

Shipping Policy

We are constantly rethinking how we ship our products. We strongly believe that for our customers to have the best online shopping experience we must provide a flawless shipping experience. Unfortunately, we cannot control what happens to your order once it is in the hands of the shipping company. But if something should happen to your package at that point, we will work tirelessly to fix any problem.

Our shipping process is as follows:
After approval and verification of credit card information, all in-stock orders will be shipped by next business day. Inconsistent data and billing information may delay your order, so please double check your information.
Here are a few things to note about shipping:
We ship to the USA only. Please allow 2 to 7 business days for the shipment to arrive. Always notify us about any problems with your order. We recommend emailing us at info@kimbercakeware.com.

Returns & Refunds

Items purchased directly from Kimber Cakeware, through this website, the following policies apply:

If the item was damaged or defective upon arrival at your door, we’ll gladly swap it for another one or, if you prefer, refund the purchase price. We take great pride in our quality.

For items returned to us in a new or unused state within 30 days of the date of purchase, we will offer a full purchase price refund. We do, however, reserve the right to charge a nominal $3 re-stocking fee. Shipping cannot be refunded. We will always work with you in a flexible way regarding returns and you can always contact us at info@kimbercakeware.com with any questions.

Remember, if you purchased an item from another retailer, you’ll need to contact that retailer for return information. We’re not able (or permitted) to return items to any other retailer on your behalf.

Return Requirements

  1. must be returned complete with all of its parts and accessories
  2. must be sent with its original product packaging
  3. must be shipped back to Kimber Cakeware within thirty (30) days from the date of delivery
  4. returns and exchanges will only be processed once all of the items have been received
  5. we will process your refund/exchange within 7 to 10 days of receiving item(s)
  6. must be shipped from the United States
  7. include your Order Number

For your security, please return your item(s) with an insured courier (e.g., FedEx, UPS, U.S. Postal).  We are not responsible for items damaged or lost in transit.

Sales Tax

Any items that are shipped in Ohio will be charged the current Franklin County sales tax rate (6.75%). No tax will be charged for orders shipped outside of Ohio.

Payment & Pricing

You must be 13 years of age, or older, or have parental permission to place an order.
